Its been raining a lot latly and that meakes me think about the water cycle. One question I would have about the water cycle is why does it why does it snow at Snowquami and not here as much.

When it was really cold out I went to the lake and we passed a bay I dont remember what it was called but part of it was frozen but it was salt water and I thought that, salt water only froze around -20 degrees. But when we went to the lake (Freshwater) it wasnt frozen any where. It was weird but that reminded me of phase changes.

Where I see science is when I'am snowboarding. I have to turn the board to slow down. That works because I get some friction when I' am strait but I get more friction when I turn the board sideways which makes it slow down faster.

Also I see friction when I'am wakeboarding because after I get tired and want to stop I let go of the rope and sense the boat is not pulling me then I start to slow down because of sliding friction on the water.

I see friction in the car because when the car rolls to a stop. Or when you are gioing fast and the car stops all of a sudden you would fly out of the car if there wasnt a igger force acting upon your body, that force is the seatbelt. I also see inertia when my dog runs and cant stop in time to get the ball and slides over it.

Where is see science in the real world is in cars because of force and motion, inertia, push, pull and gravity. I also see it when I' am on my skateboard (Which I Put scooter Wheels on it) becasue when I' am rolling down the street friction slows me down. When I' am stopped then I have to push my self off a marble skater can't do that. We have to use our muscles to put it back up on the chute.

I couldn't sleep because I had some soda 2 nights ago and that is because of the gasses in the soda for example carbon, but I don't know what made me stay up but I think that is an effect of a gas.

Where I see sound energy is at baseball practice. When we are in the pitching machine and we hit the ball the bat makes a sound.

Engenerring is where I see science too because I want to be an engeener when I grow up and that requires a degree in science and mathmatics.

I wonder if fire is a type of electrisity because it is light? The reason that I say that is because were are studing electrisity in science.

I see light from the sun I think that all it is is a big ball of light and energy.

We stared learning about the moon and I have some questions about how the moon changes what it looks like.

I' am doing a a video on difraction so I' am putting paper around a flashlight so it only shines straight forward.

When I shot a rubberband at Denny it was like a spring the force pushed it towards Denny. Just thought I would point that out.

I saw a commerical and the speakers light up every time the vibrations happen and I think that every time there is a loud sound the vibration is bigger and I think that it has a sensor and when the sound/vibration get big enough then it lights up. For example.

Ok i was thinking about my 4th quarter science expirment and i thought o wait the air pressure in the water bottle will push the cap off and that is why it works.

Guns work by the hammer hitting the bullet that is full of gunpowder, when gunpowder is underpressure then it will explode therefore making the bullet shoot.

In Math yesterday the sun was shining on the window scile and it was hotter where the sun shone through 2 glasses then it did in one. I wonder why?
