6/9/10 Hello everybody, today is June 9, 2010, today we are gonna talk about OUR 4th quarter experiment, we call OUR experiment Balloon Experiment :), we had to blow up a balloon with just air or gas which is just air, and let it stand for 10 minutes in three locations Room, Outdoors, and inside of a freezer/refrigerator and before we did that we had to measure the mass and the length of the ballon and record our data then we waited 10 minutes and did the same thing for 2 trails, Then we were done with our recording for our data, make sure you please pay attention while OUR Group startes our Presentation, and thank you! Hello everybody, today is May 12, 2010, today we are gonna talk about the solar system *Audience Claps*, so lets get started, of the solar stystem :), There are 9 planets that we know of, and that there is so many moons just for one planet, but some have less than others, like for instence, uh the earth has one moon but jupiter has 63 moons. Hello, Ok we all heard about the 4th quarter project that we need to finish and i should help some people out with some ideas perhaps but i really dont know im still thinking about mine but i wish the luck with you guys, so here are some things you need to know for the 4th quarter project and you can get this thing right off of moodle:
Your experiment must be related to topics covered in science this year.
You may work in groups of one, two or three. You may pick your groups, but chose wisely. You are responsibly for how well your group works together.
Your mission is to design and plan an experiment, carry it out, collect data, write up your experiment in a lab report and present your experiment/results.

4/1/10- Ok hello all again LOL, so we been learning about waves and we answered questions today in sience so i was wondering is there was other waves we dont know about im preety sure there is it kinda makes you think we know there is many of them well oh shoot we didnt learn that much about waves today we learned how i eyes see, and in our eyes we have what is called a pupil that adjusts if it is dark it gets bigger but if light your eyes goes smaller isnt it a bit same for the cats you must say? well their eyes are like night vision they do get bigger but they have a different shape of their pupil they have sort of a squished type of on kinda slanted but theirs is like ours basiclly.

Last weekend i was skateboarding (and yes i know oooh david skateboards?!) yes i somtimes have to skateboard somtimes too. you know the wheels of the skateboard they use what is called the rolling friction and sliding friction, while i was skate boarding i had an accident but luckly i was ok but my skateboard wasnt i got broke in half and both of my wheels where unattached and now sadly i need to get a new skateboard or at least ride my bike...

3/25/10 - Rescource: Writing Lab Reports and Scientific Papers Do you know how to make a lab report oh dont worry this is science you have to go throught is what is called a procedure you have to do that when cooking not just science it is like a recipe (this is not a lie i repeat this is not a lie), you go throught steps a procedure is a step here is what you have to do when you write a lab report (no abstract!!!!)
1. Title- The title should be less than ten words and should reflect the factual content of the paper. Scientific titles are not designed to catch the reader's fancy. A good title is straightforward and uses keywords that researchers in a particular field will recognize.
2. Introduction- Why was this study performed?
Answers to this question may be derived from observations of nature or from the literature. What knowledge already exists about this subject?
The answer to this question must review the literature, showing the historical development of an idea and including the confirmations, conflicts, and gaps in existing knowledge. What is the specific purpose of the study?
The specific hypotheses and experimental design pertinent to investigating the topic should be described.

as you played the game you had a bit of expierence of how stuff gets powered so the first was the example to make a light bulb has to have batteries and wires.
ok for the next one you had to see how you can put the stuff on the bottom from the sun to power to make the music you should of gotten: Sun- Solar Panel- Wires- Stereo- Music. Ok now that is it that is your lesson about Energy :D dont you think that was easy ;) but that isnt all of it this was just the easy part lol.

Ever heard of a simple machine? Simple machines are everywhere! If you ever saw a light switch or perhaps used one or at least ever saw anyone use one on television or perhaps your friend, then you saw /used a simple machine!! Simple machines are pretty much everywhere have you noticed a door is a simple machine well it is too because of the door knob and you are sort of a simple machine too :D

3/25/10 Ok we are learning about waves, so like for instants earthquakes make waves and they are a type of waves also so as you heard Ms.Piehl happened to be in high school and she felt that someone pushed her chair but she look back and she was actually mad and someone screamed "EARTHQUAKE" and the teacher said to line up against the wall and we all know the wall isn’t safe and you should actually go under the table and after that they felt the ground like wave like up and down like ocean waves/water waves, and so they rushed under the table to get to safety.

The Shake Up!
While i was at home i me and my freind where thinking of science
but not any old of science we though of putting a tablet in a soda and also shake it
to make it fizz not just like ordinerly but like over flow with tons of fizz and we opened it
and it splatterd every where and also on us >.< and that day was a sticky day lol we got all soaked
and you should not do that and that was a chemical change :) and a dangerous one at that XD.

and it splatterd every where and also on us >.< and that day was a sticky day lol we got all soaked
